Notice 2023-008 - CSE Trading Fee Schedule

The Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) has received regulatory approval to introduce changes to the CSE trading fee schedule that will take effect on August 1, 2023. The changes will not affect the CSE2 trading fee schedule.
A description of changes is as follows:
For CSE Listed Securities less than $1:
• The new rate will be $0.00015 per share.
• A flat fee of $2 will be introduced for volumes equal to or greater than 200,000 shares.
For TSX-V Listed Securities equal to or greater than $1:
• The new Active rebate will be $0.0012.
For TSX Listed Securities equal to or greater than $1:
• The new Active rebate will be $0.0012.
• A flat fee of $2 will be introduced for volumes equal to or greater than 200,000 shares.
